The SNOMED CT Practical Guide to Reference Sets starts by identifying practical use cases and the requirements that must be met to address them. It then explains how different types of reference set can be used to meet those requirement. It also provides advice on different approaches to creating, editing, maintaining and using reference sets to support effective localization and customization of SNOMED CT.
