I'd like to refresh / start a new with my snowstorm installation. How do I do that?
(originally posted by eroenjum - copied from 96808101 ) We recently implemented a Proof of Concept for patient information as open data in Norway - with SNOMED CT as the metadata core. In this work we did an installation of Snowstorm, and used this as API against the front end GUI. The project was very successful. We will now reset Snowstorm and build the terminology server in a more sustainable way. But we have not found good documentation on best practices on how to install different
Question on how to import mappings.
During the workshops for developers, I will show my docker-compose script for the Snowstorm terminology server. Using this script you can quickly and easily spin up a scalable Snowstorm server, which is easy to remove or spin down after use. More information can be found on https://github.com/Nictiz/Nictiz-Snowstorm/ https://github.com/Nictiz/Nictiz-Snowstorm/ We are happy to answer any questions regarding this repository in this thread.
As we receive many questions on the implementation of the Snowstorm REST API, I have made a simple Python client and published this on Github. https://github.com/mertenssander/python_snowstorm_client https://github.com/mertenssander/python_snowstorm_client The documentation is sparse, but Python code is fairly easily readable and this code can give developers handholds for understanding the Snomed/Snowstorm API logic. I am happy to answer any questions here or on Github, and of course su
