Dear ELAG members,
I'm looking forward to seeing many of you next week in London! If you haven't already registered, please do so via the Business Meeting registration page.
Whether or not you're able to join us for the ELAG meeting next week (24th and 25th April), could you all please look at the following:
- Update the Declaration of Interests page with any potential conflicts of interest you may have.
- Look at the draft agendas for the 2 ELAG meeting sessions in London next week - 2017-04-24 - ELAG Face to Face Meeting (London) and 2017-04-25 - ELAG Face to Face Meeting (London)
- Prepare a short update on SNOMED CT education activities, plans, priorities and requirements in your country. Note, if you are unable to attend, please email these to me prior to the meeting.
- Read the ELAG Work Plan 2017.
- Review E-Learning Presentation Metadata and Courses in the E-Learning Presentation Metadata space.
- Please pay particular attention to the Open Access, Developers and Data Analysts course plans.
- Review the draft Open Access, Developers, and Data Analyst courses on the E-Learning server
- Currently these draft course are only open to members of ELAG and SNOMED International staff.
- You will find directly links to these in the Open Access, Developers and Data Analysts course plans ... but you will need to login to the E-Learning server.
- All current ELAG members have accounts on the server if you have difficulty locating your login details please use the forgotten password link on the E-Learning server.
- When reviewing these materials please consider:
- The appropriateness of the presentation topics to the audience.
- Gaps in coverage required to meet the need of the audience.
- The overall structure and balance of the learning pathways.
The meeting on Monday 24th April will primarily focus on sharing information on SNOMED education activities in member countries and at SNOMED International. The meeting on Tuesday 25th April will focus on gathering your input on the draft E-Learning courses and future plans. Please reserve some time before these meetings to review the above pages, in preparation for these discussions.
