The current International Collaboration on Cancer Reporting (ICCR) Invasive Melanoma Histopathology Reporting Guide has AJCC version 7 included. The version 2 of the guideline will be released this year which may contain the AJCC version 8 standard. But, those detailed AJCC staging concepts are not in current SNOMED CT releases.
