The current International Collaboration on Cancer Reporting (ICCR) Invasive Melanoma Histopathology Reporting Guide has AJCC version 7 included. The version 2 of the guideline will be released this year which may contain the AJCC version 8 standard. But, those detailed AJCC staging concepts are not in current SNOMED CT releases. I sent request to Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA), the Australia NRC, to add the new staging standard but the feedback is not possible due to copyright restriction.
So, my question is is there any work has been initialised for the AJCC cancer staging or if there is any workaround for using AJCC in SNOMED CT.
