Discussion of existing Known Issues

  • New failures for CNC indicators being created with each project promotion, requires bulk update at close of editing  INFRA-14047 - Getting issue details... STATUS  
  • Duplicate descriptions discussed here QI-900 - Getting issue details... STATUS in review and temporarily exception listed.

Content Validation 

  1. Instead of usual manual Content validation, we now just need confirmation that all Projects had automated validation run against them, and were clean before promotion.
  2. New Issues identified by the community from the previous Monthly Release.
    1. Decision on whether to fix the issues:
      1. VERY QUICKLY in time for this upcoming release?
      2. In good time for the next monthly release?
  • Ref set descriptor changes - none found in new description report

    • ICD-10 = 295 new + 1500 (ish) additional changes for Mapping QA (that's "potential for mapping" so could be less than this actually come through)

  • ACTUAL RELEASE VALUES:
    • ICD-10 = 793 records added/updated, plus 260 records inactivated
    • ICD-0 = 0 changes

February 2025 Release-

  • New content
    • ICD-10 = 580 new + 3000 (ish) additional changes for Mapping QA
    • ICD-O = 1 new/changed
