          • July 2020 had 26158 active records
          • New July 2021 Delta file contains:
            • 2994 inactivated records
            • 449 added active records
          • Therefore new July 2021 total in the Snapshot file SHOULD BE:
            • = 26158 + 449 - 2994
            • = 23613  - correct!

plus as expected when compared to approx. numbers of records in delta file:

          • July 2020 = 26158 records in total
                • - approx. 3000 (inactivated in bulk in DICOM)
                • + approx. 450 (added across all feeder sets)
                • = approx. 23600 - correct! (23613)
