Donna therefore signed off discrepancy as expected - see email confirmation from both her and Rick at 08:58 on 27/03/2021. + spot-checked by AAT by comparing actual changes against SimpleMap Delta file provided by WCI + confirmed with the totals in the WCI Delta file + GDMNStats.txt report
