Translations are usually planned with a limited scope, starting with prioritized subsets directly related to implementation use cases, and then the coverage of the translation grows over time. Translation are ongoing projects, as new content is created on each new SNOMED CT release the translations are updated to match the international edition.
SNOMED Internacional Reference Set and Translation Tool
This tool is maintained by SNOMED International and is used to maintain Reference Sets and Translations for many national extensions.
