Yongsheng Gao updated Template ready for review and implementation in Prod.
There is still an exclusion for << 269475001 |Malignant tumor of lymphoid, hemopoietic AND/OR related tissue (disorder)| because the new model has not been applied to eg primary lymphoma because 'primary' has a different meaning in these haematopoietic disorders, and the area is currently being reviewed by the pathology group.
