    Hi Jim Case, I have added the template language and updated the cardinality format of the model section. If no further changes are needed, I will raise a ticket for implementation.

    Yongsheng Gao,  the EAG recommended and we have implemented the notion that we do not use a DUE TO traumatic event  relationship with fractures.  I.e., we do not assume a fracture is traumatic unless the FSN specifies it.  We now have a concept 1003502008 |Traumatic fracture of bone (disorder)| for those concepts where it is obvious that trauma is necessary.

      Hi Jim Case, should we change the domain to this new traumatic fracture concept and change the template title? The alternative option is that all traumatic conditions would follow the generic template for traumatic injury. However, it would not have a constraint on |finding site| of bone structure. What is your preference?

        One possibility is to make the DUE TO optional and then the template would work for traumatic or pathologic fractures as well as those agnostic to trauma or disease
