  1. Penni Hernandez , There are about 64 misalignments after the template is changed to a single role group. I think it would be good to run the template with the single role group first. It helps to identify potential issues of multiple role groups (about 25).  For example, 92776008|Carcinoma in situ of upper gum (disorder)| should not be modelled by two role groups. This issue is only reported as misalignment for single role group. We need to address these issues first.

  2. I have finished the cross over mismatches and intermediate primitive based on this template with 1..1 RGs.  Yongsheng Gao What do you think?

  3. Penni Hernandez  It looks much better now. Most of the remaining 18 misalignments are covered by the tacker item for gender related conditions. 6 conditions are related to multiple sites and they are considered as aligned now. The following two concepts could be addressed:

    1. remodel 92677005 Carcinoma in situ of parietal pleura (disorder)

    2. 92564006 Carcinoma in situ of uterine cervix (disorder) - I cannot see the reason to have the existing primitive parent concept 285636001 |Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (disorder)|. I suggest to change it to Disease and defined.

Then, both tasks for IPs and Misalignments are completed.

  4. The concept 399919001 |Carcinoma in situ - category (morphologic abnormality)| has been inactivated in the Nov 2021 release and replaced by a new concept 1187138006 |Carcinoma in situ (morphologic abnormality)|. The inactivation has an impact on this published template. This template needs to be updated.
