2. Status? Ian Green Jane Millar to work with ICCR to see if such content can be included in implementation guide as appendices.  Daniel Karlsson would like FHIR bindings discussed and articulated.

1. Concept created.  Is the name sufficient?  Is the definition adequate?  (Note: intramucosal carcinoma will NOT be subsumed by this concept.)

   Definition:  This concept represents a neoplasm considered pre-cancerous and/or with high potential to become malignant. In solid organ neoplasms, the neoplasm has not broken through a basement membrane, and in lymphoid neoplasms, no architectural effacement is present.

   All attendees agreed that this concept works with the removal of lymphoid neoplasms

Will proceed with existing NET concepts as they exist despite the flaws.  NET, NEC, NEN will be remodeled as part of the histology quality project.

Suggest authoring a set of response scores and group as best as possible with definitions provided.
