How to add a user to an organization.

Prerequisite steps: Log in to Reference Set Tool 2.0, View My Organization (Admin of the Organization)

On the Organization-Projects page (showing International Edition as example), press the Users button (button icon is a person avatar) in the left sidebar to open the Organizations-User(s) page. 


Press the Add User button at the right top of the page. 

Enter the email address of the user to be added to the Organization.




Press the Add User button. 







"Add User" button will remain inactive until valid email is entered. "Email is invalid" will appear if not entered correctly.


NOTE: In order to add User(s) to the Organization, they must first have an IMS account with SNOMED. Please have them reach out to Confluence User Accounts to be added, then once they are, they can be added to Organizations. You can also click the "Invite User" button to have an invitation sent to them to join.
