    Cathy Richardson , I have make minor changes to the ranges, e.g. from << to <. The template language and link to misaligned concept report are added. 

    Peter G. Williams  A concept should be treated as aligned if it has two or more role groups and the only difference is finding site between the role groups. For example, the concept 64283009|Congenital rectovesical fistula (disorder)| should not be reported as a misaligned concept. Could you please check the technical implementation of reporting platform?

      Hi Yongsheng Gao, the problem in this particular case is the template language.   See here:

      Because the (lower) template specifies descendant of 308490002 |Pathological developmental process (qualifier value)|, it doesn't match any role groups which are actually 308490002 |Pathological developmental process (qualifier value)| and this is what's caused 64283009|Congenital rectovesical fistula (disorder)| to fail to align.   When you change that to << descendant or self of (upper template), then the concept is removed from the list of misaligned concepts and we go from 74 to 26 misaligned concepts.

      I see that the template language in this page does not match what's been specified in the table for this attribute.
