This release adds features for Description Logic support and a number of maintenance fixes and improvements. This release establishes a 2018 baseline for AWS hosting migration, and marks the first deployment to both the International and Managed Service platforms from a single consolidated version - these release notes now apply to both platforms, and both platforms will be updated usually within a few days with the same version in future releases (whilst noting that MS by definition will always have an earlier version of MRCM than International, matched to the dependencies in the previous International public release of SNOMED CT).
