- This is a scheduled maintenance release for the Authoring Platform and related services. This release delivers a final round of Frequent Release Implementation (FRI) project enhancements, together with AP maintenance, performance and stability enhancements, along with a significant move to Java 17 LTS hosting for many of the application services, providing long-term support maintainability and also to enable subsequent migration of our tools and services to use Elasticsearch 8. AP 9.0.0 has 36 enhancements and 18 defect fixes, including 3 new and 9 updated reports, and 3 report fixes for the Reporting Platform. Many of the AP UI modules also have an Angular UI update. This AP deployment includes the TS Browser, so the SCT Browser 5.0.0 release notes are included here, but these are dated for the 28 September Public SCT Browser release, with 1 enhancement and 1 defect fix. The Release Management Service (RMS) has been renamed as the Release Automation Platform (RAP), reflecting the increased significance of process automation support features now in the Release Automation Dashboard User Interface (RAD UI), integrated with the SNOMED Release Service (SRS) and Release Validation Framework (RVF) API services component modules. RAP 3.0.0 has 15 enhancements and 1 defect fix. Release Notes Management Service (RNMS) 2.0.0 has 2 enhancements related to the Java 17 LTS upgrade and RBAC role refinements. MRCM Maintenance Tool (MRCMMT) 2.0.0 has 5 enhancements related to use of MRCM in extensions, the Java 17 LTS upgrade and an Angular UI framework update. Template Management Tool (TMT) 2.0.0 has 1 enhancement with an Angular UI framework update. Classification Service 8.0.0 has 3 enhancements related to the Java 17 LTS upgrade and code security updates.

- This is a scheduled maintenance release for the Content Request Service (CRS), to both the International CRS and US CRS, aligned to the AP 9.0.0 release, with 3 enhancements and 3 defect fixes.
