Rules for description generation:
- Apply General rules for generating descriptions for templates
- Apply Enhancements for the Template Language
- Remove word 'chronic' from the descriptions of [morphology] to avoid double 'chronic', e.g. chronic chronic inflammation in descriptions.
- When clinical course is chronic and morphology has value of Chronic inflammatory morphology, descriptions are commonly presented in form of -itis, e.g. Chronic rheumatic carditis, Chronic rheumatic valvulitis. The variable [morphology] should be kept in descriptions. Then, authors should modify descriptions manually. New rules can be developed in future to generated descriptions based on finding site, e.g. liver structure - hepatitis, pancreatic structure - pancreatitis.
- Description Examples:
FSN = Chronic rheumatic heart disease with carditis (disorder), Chronic rheumatic heart disease with pericarditis (disorder)
PT = Chronic rheumatic carditis, Chronic rheumatic pericarditis

Looks good to me.

Great news Bruce Goldberg
Peter G. Williams can you check my Template Language.
Yongsheng Gao Template ready for review.
Thanks.

Looks good Nicola Ingram. A few small inconsistencies only. In the table you specify the morphology must be exactly 409777003 |Chronic inflammatory morphology (morphologic abnormality)| but in the STL you say descendant or self of that. If you want to specify exactly that concept then you don't need a slot, you can just write it like a normal expression: 116676008 |Associated morphology (attribute)| = 409777003 |Chronic inflammatory morphology (morphologic abnormality)|
Also your cardinality for that final group says 1..* in the table and 1..1 in the STL.
Both the DueTo and the After are always mandatory are they?
Nicola Ingram
Peter G. Williamstweaked the STL as you describe to match the Table. 'Due to' and 'After' always mandatory.

Hello Yongsheng Gao following discussion with Bruce, we are happy to put forward this Template for your review with a view to moving to Implementation status.
Thank you,
Nicki

Placed in review - autoimmune pathological process made optional (utilised for the chronic inflammatory manifestations but not for chronic sequela of Acute rheumatic fever = non-inflammatory chronic RHD subtypes e.g. valvular insufficiencies).
