Reviewing implementation results

The sixth step in the SNOMED CT implementation process is to measure performance, review user feedback and plan improvements. Clinical systems are involved in critical functions of healthcare, and usually, this step is part of a continuous quality improvement cycle that includes monitoring the implementation, deciding enhancements, implementing the changes, and monitoring the impact again.

Monitoring the implementation

    2. Apply the SNOMED CT Maturity Model
    3. Compare with a baseline before deployment
