UUID's updated for all new/updated records, BUT shouldn't have been, as content is NOT new in published International Edition! (and these are impacting International Content only within the US Edition) On investigation the US Edition was picking up the difference in UUID's between the original and updated Member releases, and so this is expected behaviour.
