SNOMED International has developed documentation on the requirements for individuals external to SNOMED International to author content directly into the SNOMED CT International Release. This document is now available for review.

Hello, I have one question/comment: in page 5 (Feedback loop) "Where there are frequent errors of the same type and concerns about the quality of the content an individual is producing, and/or progress is slow or creating extra work for the content team member, approval for editing can be revoked." Could the experts at SNOMED International provide guidance first before the final cancellation, allowing the editor to correct the mistakes he/she has made himself or herself?

Content editors work closely with external editors and it is implied in the statement that frequent errors of the same type are occurring in spite of guidance provided by SNOMED International editors. Will consider making this explicit in the statement.
