  1. One area of concern is the use of <<  373249005 |Anti-infective agent (substance)| as the value for the TOWARDS attribute if this concept is slated for inactivation in the substance roles project.

    1. Farzaneh Ashrafi , Jim Case ,
      Would <105590001 |Substance (substance)| be a safer choice then?

  2. Hi Suzanne Santamaria and Jim Case

I think it is safer to change to <105590001 |Substance (substance)|. The concern with Anti-infective role grouper is a valid one. Thanks, Farzaneh

    1. Thanks, both. I have replaced <<  373249005 |Anti-infective agent (substance)| with < 105590001 |Substance (substance) in this template.

  3. Hi Suzanne Santamaria ,  how does this template compare to Susceptibility observable (observable entity) - v2.0 ?   Are they distinct, and if so, should they be linked and the differences pointed out?    If they're not distinct, could they be combined?

    1. Hi Peter G. Williams , they are distinct in that Susceptibility observable for LOINC (observable entity) - v1.0 includes a required Scale type (attribute) whereas Susceptibility observable (observable entity) - v2.0  does not include Scale type at all because Scale type is not to be used in the International Release (see red box in Ed Guide section here: https://confluence.ihtsdotools.org/x/J5FpCg). Also, this template is specific to modeling LOINC content at this point. I have now updated Susceptibility observable (observable entity) - v2.0 with the latest role grouping policy as well as replaced an inactivated concept used in a range.
