Hi Nicola Ingram , we should restrict direct morphology in the reconstruction role group to < 49755003 |Morphologically abnormal structure (morphologic abnormality)|. I cannot think of any use case for using this top-level concept. Similarly, the 'procedure site' and 'has focus' can exclude the top-level group as well. The rest looks good.
