Yongsheng Gao could you review this template please. The vast majority of content is not modeled and primitive so I take it there would be no benefit in running the concept model pattern report?

Hi Elaine Wooler Let's follow the new process. I created the JIRA ticket and report. There are a large number of changes to role groups (90 concepts). Most of them were caused by an inferred additional relationship on "interprets" of "mental state" observable. It reveals that the observables in the existing model are not a subconcept of "mental state" observable. Those issues likely need to be fixed.
There are only a very small number of disorders in this hierarchy. It might be easier to see the model patterns by excluding these disorders. The disorders might need their own templates.
The model pattern summary shows additional attributes and their combinations. The attributes, finding site, causative agent, and due to, are used for modelling. There is a single usage of the attribute 'associated with'. There are 45 concepts (among 221 perception findings) that are not following the proximal primitive parent approach.
