    Hi Yongsheng Gao

    Revised MRI template including optional contrast ready for you to review please.  I've re-run the misaligned report based on the revised template and this has reduced from 384 to 202.

      Hi Elaine Wooler, I have made further changes to refine the template and the version 1.3 includes

      1. Changed to the new format for columns of cardinalities.

      2. Restricted the domain to exclude MRI without contrast, MRI guided procedures, Magnetic resonance spectroscopy. 

      3. Added an optional 'has focus' to support a small number of MRI imaging with focus.

      The report for v1.3 has reduced the number of misalignment concepts to 122. With the relax of attribute cardinality, there are only 13 misaligned concepts. Please review both reports. For example, 448541001 |Magnetic resonance imaging angiography of mesenteric artery (procedure)| is not aligned in the v1.3 report. However, it is aligned with the template if we relax the attribute cardinality.

    Hi Elaine Wooler Can I check where we are now with this template please?   Yong's comment above (point 2) said to exclude MRI with contrast and I'm not sure why he'd say that since the optional "Using Substance" attribute looks like it allows for inclusion of the 'with contrast' concepts.    So there's that, but then the exclusion provided is removing 'without contrast'   and again the optional nature of that attribute makes it seem (to me) that we don't need to exclude either with OR without contrast?

    Hi Peter G. Williams Yes "with contrast" is included.  But "without contrast" was excluded because they have to be modelled with the primitive parent 719259006 |Imaging procedure without contrast (procedure)| and we can't model "without"
