Rules for description generation:
- Apply General rules for generating descriptions for templates
- 'and [substance]' needs to be added for FSN for multiple |has active ingredient| and they are self-grouped, e.g. Product containing only omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate in oral dose form (medicinal product form)
- '[substance] and' needs to be added at the beginning of the description to be added for PT for multiple |has active ingredient| and they are self grouped, e.g. Omeprazole and sodium bicarbonate only product in oral dose form
- For multiple ingredients, the ingredients in each description need to be in alphabetical order e.g. Codeine and paracetamol for FSN but Acetaminophen and codeine (for US PT).

Nicola Ingram The optional attributes, 766954007|Count of base and modification pair (attribute)| and 766953001|Count of active ingredient (attribute)|, need to be included. The first rule for descriptions is covered by the General rules for generating descriptions for templates; I have updated the general rules to make them explicit about spelling variations and case significance values though they have already been implemented. If all rules are covered, we only need a link to the general rules to avoid duplication. Please see example in Template for simple template of disease.

Do you need anything further from me? If we include these attributes in the template, they would only apply to the "only" version and should be 0..1 as they are optional attributes. We don't have any examples of using these attributes in the International Release at this time (not sure when/if we will). We can mock up data for testing if needed.
