Cathy Richardson , a few questions to clarify the intended use and the model for this template. 1. What is the domain for this template? 2. Is there any plan for bleeding as clinical finding? Are they going to be captured by a separate template? How do we determine if bleeding is a finding or a disorder? 2. If 'due to' and/or 'after' attribute is included, should some conditions be considered as complications or sequela? 3. Should the finding site be restricted to blood vessel structure?
