    Hi Suzanne Santamaria, I have made updated the differences between the model and template language. < < 442083009 |Anatomical or acquired body structure (body structure)| was chosen because it has a better restriction. If no further changes, this template is ready for technical implementation.

    Suzanne Santamaria Yongsheng Gao is "<<  308490002 |Pathological developmental process (qualifier value)|" correct?  This concept is a leaf node, I am getting fall out as well, should it be "pathologic process"?

    We discussed this on the call today and agreed to try out 308489006 |Pathological process (qualifier value)| as the value here.  

    That can be done in production reporting to see how it goes before changing the template here.
