Suzanne Santamaria , I marked this template as ready for implementation. However, I did not raise a new JIRA ticket for the implementation in the authoring platform because new concepts for deformity should be disorders. Therefore, this template should only be used for the QI project.

Sure, Added sentence, “Newly created concepts representing a deformity should be considered disorders” under the Malformation, deformation, anomaly section at Specific Clinical finding and Disorder Modeling#Malformation,deformation,anomaly. Monica Harry will have to approve the changes before they can be seen.
