  1. Yongsheng Gao- Thank you for your help with this. We agreed that one template would be sufficient for both with and without contrast so the USING SUBSTANCE needs to be marked optional please. Monica

    1. Hi Monica Harry, I have updated the format for the concept model and make some changes. Using substance could be optional for both role group. The substance for CT guide role group is about contract media. The substance for a guided procedure could be any substance, e.g. Ethanol ablation. Also added optional direct morphology to increase the coverage. Please check if you want to make any further changes.

I have also added the template language. But the reporting platform seems to have difficulty to parse it even after I removed the line breaks. Peter G. Williams could you please check if there are any syntax errors in the template language. I assumed that you have already implemented a function to ignore the line breaks. So, we can have the neat format in the template language.

      1. Unfortunately, updates to production are limited to our internal release cycle and the next one for RP is scheduled for 17 March, so the line break issue will be fixed then.    When that particular problem occurs, the report does run to completion and the truncated template can be seen in the metadata tab of the output.

AH HA Found it.  Nearly went blind.   We really need some exact problem location indicator back from our parser:  [[+id(<< 49755003 |Morphologically abnormal structure (morphologic abnormality)| @morphology) ]]

Here's the report and I'll adjust the STL above:  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1hMZsmRJVcEAHUYO49D0iKpUq3IffmEw_nZmhNEhQop4/edit#gid=0

        1. Many thanks Peter G. Williams for spotting the incorrect location of the closing bracket. The report seems to return more than I would expect. For example, 433876005 |Ethanol ablation of lesion of liver using computed tomography guidance (procedure)| should be aligned with the template.

Included new attributes |direct substance| to cover some injection procedures. However, it returns a strange error message about "due to: SCTID is not entirely numberic".
