FHIR defines a number of CodeSystems see the Internal (FHIR) tab of this page. Quite a number of these could be mapped to SNOMED CT, and ConceptMaps made available.
This page has been created to discuss the possible merit and uses of doing this, and reviewing, prioritising, and mapping some of these CodeSystems if appropriate.
