As part of continuous review and development of our products and services, we are interested in understanding usage of the GP/FP refset covering reasons for encounter/health issues and map to ICPC-2.

Specifically it would be helpful to have the following information:

1. Information about those who might have reviewed the products, their views and subsequent action
2. What knowledge/evidence can you provide regarding the implementation of the refset, including a description of the use case and any contact information 
3. What knowledge/evidence can you provide regarding the implementation of the map to ICPC-2, including a description of the use case and any contact information
