All source concepts representing neoplastic disorders will be mapped. Map Groups will specify the ICD10 code(s) from Chapter II for the concept. Morphology mapping with ICD-O is out of scope for this MAP. The mapAdvice, POSSIBLE REQUIREMENT FOR MORPHOLOGY CODE, signifies the need to add a morphology code if required by the end user.
