This is an expedited patch release of the SCT Browser running against the Snowstorm terminology server (in read-only) mode as the Public SNOMED CT Browser. This version is aligned to the Public MRCM Maintenance Tool (MRCMMT) Version 1.3.0 (read-only) release, with an update to the browser landing page to activate a link to the public MRCMMT. The SCT Browser functionality is unchanged.
