This is a scheduled maintenance release for the Component Identifier Service (CIS), aligned to the Authoring Platform 10.7.0 release.This release has a service upgrade to SpringBoot 3 so the platform version has a major version change for the new technical architecture. Module build versions noted below may differ from the application platform version, even if similarly named. Also note this published release is the successor to CIS 3.1.2. CIS 3.2.0 was an internal test release candidate which was superseded by CIS 3.3.0 before publishing.
