This session will provide an update on the work of the programme in England to manage the transition of systems used in General Practice away from the Read codes to SNOMED CT.
The project has been running since 2015 and delivery is due by April 2018. The session will share the approach taken, current progress, lessons learnt and provide an overview of resources provided; some of which are publicly available.
