SNOMED International has three Management Board Governance Manuals.
MB Governance Manual
This Governance Manual is designed to provide an overview of the organization’s governing bodies and governance framework with specific focus on the MB.
MB Orientation Manual
This manual is intended for Management Board (MB) directors, particularly new directors, to orient them and bring them up to speed as quickly as possible on the organization and the MB. This manual is also intended to serve as a reference to MB directors primarily but also General Assembly members, staff and the rest of the SNOMED International community.
MB Policy and Procedural Manual
This governance manual is intended for the MB, to understand MB policies and processes. It is also intended for the GA, particularly the MB Nominating Committee’s Terms of Reference, as GA members participate in that committee as well.
