  1. Yong,

Realize that this is a work in progress, but I do not understand what the goal is.  The attributes listed are a combination of those allowed for situation and procedure, yet the title of the page is "History of finding/disorder".  The rules for description generation also relate to procedure and not situations.  If I am missing something, please educate me.

Penni's not done editing this page, I copied another page for the format. Perhaps I should not have saved it, I thought the "in progress" would flag it. But please take a look next week when I'm done. Thx, Penni

  3. OK, I just got a notice and it looked strange

  4. I'm not sure how to make this terming generation correct, and whether this template should be for all findings/disorders or just with disorders.

    • Since the target for "associated finding" includes observables, events, link assertion, etc. some of the terming will be strange, e.g. History of [finding of] X (situation), or e.g History of sudden death, History of death,
    • Should be for all findings/disorders or constrained to be "disorder", "subject of record" and "done"?

I think I jumped into the deep end.

  5. Done is not a valid value for finding context.  This would be things like "present", "Absent", "Unknown". I am not clear from your question what the specific difficulties are, but then I am not working on templates.
