- This is an interim maintenance release for the Authoring Platform (AP) and related services, focused on migration of applications and services to Elasticsearch 8 with Elastic Cloud hosting for improved maintainability, stability and support for future services and feature enhancements through 2024 and beyond. CIS 3.1.0 has significant changes due to the porting and migration of CIS web application services to Java 17 LTS for improved maintainability and stability.
