Additional Notes

This is an updated version of the SCT Browser running against the Snowstorm terminology server (in read-only) mode as the Public SNOMED CT Browser, aligned related to the Authoring Platform Version 7.0.0 / Snowstorm migration to ElasticSearch 7. Changes are to the underlying search support and indexing used by the Snowstorm terminology server - there are no feature changes to the browser itself, however some ECL searches will benefit from improved handling and removing of constraints for large-scale results sets.
