This is an expedited fix for duplicate self grouped non IS-A relationships found in the US edition release classification results reported in ISRS-597fix for a thread safety issue while both the International and US axioms are loaded at the same time, and an improvement to remove a previous workaround for forcing relationships of type 127489000 |Has active ingredient (attribute)| into a union group which is no longer needed.
