  1. Apply General rules for generating descriptions for templates
    Example: 265674004 |Hair bearing graft of skin to skin of scalp (procedure)|
  2. Exclude concepts with the word 'flap' or 'flaps' in the text string
  3. No synonyms Exception: where 363701004 |Direct substance (attribute)| << 782787005 |Split thickness graft of skin (substance)| add additional synonym replacing  'split' with 'partial'
    Example:  FSN Split thickness graft of skin to skin (procedure) PT Split thickness graft of skin to skin SYN Partial thickness graft of skin to skin
  4. For multiple procedure sites then multiple role groups are required with one for each separate skin structure body site.
  5. For multiple procedure sites then add 'and [skin of body structure]' to FSN and PT: 
    Example FSN 783287004 |Graft of skin to skin of head and skin of neck (procedure)|
    PT Graft of skin to skin of head and skin of neck
