Both naming convention templates:

  1. Remove the semantic tag, e.g. (body structure)
  2. If [herniated structure morphology] uses concept 414403008 |Herniated structure (morphologic abnormality)| leave blank.
  3. Remove hernia from [herniated structure morphology] if the term contains hernia e.g. 110418002 |Incarcerated hernia (morphologic abnormality)|
  4. Remove 'structure 'Structure of' from [hernial opening herniated anatomical structure] if term starts with 'Structure structure of'  e.g. 699638000 |Structure of lateral half of anterior abdominal wall (body structure)|
  5. Remove 'structure' from [hernial opening herniated anatomical structure] if term contains 'structure', e.g. 59380008 |Anterior abdominal wall structure (body structure)|
