2. Remove 'Structure of' from [hernial opening anatomical structure] if term starts with 'Structure of'  e.g. 699638000 |Structure of lateral half of anterior abdominal wall (body structure)|
3. Remove 'structure' from [hernial opening anatomical structure] if term contains 'structure', e.g. 59380008 |Anterior abdominal wall structure (body structure)|   
   If [herniated structure morphology] uses concept 414403008 |Herniated structure (morphologic abnormality)| leave blank.
   
   

In addition for naming convention template one:

1. For preferred synonym remove 'hernia' from [herniated structure morphology] if term contains 'hernia' e.g. 110418002 |Incarcerated hernia (morphologic abnormality)|

2. For preferred synonym remove 'canal' from [hernial opening anatomical structure] if term contains 'canal' e.g. 4828007 |Femoral canal structure (body structure)|
3. FOR FSN if [herniated structure morphology] uses concept 414403008 |Herniated structure (morphologic abnormality)| use the preferred synonym.
