This is a scheduled maintenance release for the Classification Service, with frequent release dependencies aligned to the AP 8.16.0 release. Note that this is a breaking release matched to AP 8.16.0 running with Snowstorm 8.0.0 - earlier Authoring Platform / Snowstorm versions will not work with this release due to changes in the way way message queues are handled.
