TD22G1 - Completion of strategic partnerships with HL 7, WHO, GMDNA, LOINC and other SDOs to deliver meaningful deliverables that support the use of SNOMED CT and heighten the stature of IHTSDO in the interoperability agendas of Member countries

TD22G2 - Enable key partnerships that allow a stronger leadership role at the WHO and other SDOs that influences direction and leverages content to meet Member country and IHTSDO needs

TD22G3 - Build a vendor engagement model that results in the sharing of technical and implementation expertise to stimulate adoption of SNOMED CT

TD22G4 - Expand the umbrella of IHTSDO by facilitating other SDOs to join the organization to broaden the scope of products and services

TD3G1 - Develop and execute a Three Year Content Roadmap that outlines annual deliverables and associated costs/benefits to Members

TD3G2 - Continue and complete the work on the WHO collaborative efforts for linking to ICD 11, including protection of IP and product management services

TD3G3 - Content priorities are transparent and available through continuous publishing

TD3G4 - Request for Change process is streamlined and users have a clear view on progress on requested items

TD4G1 - Execution of a SNOMED CT tooling strategy over the next two years will be completed, and the platforms will be stabilized

TD4G2 - In 2016, launch the next wave of tooling, focusing on tools for vendors and implementers, and drive adoption at the grassroots level. This will require a cross-team approach across lines of business, requiring PMO coordination and accountability to be taken by a single business owner

TD4G3 - Completion of business models for stakeholders, services and tools

TD4G10 - Execution of a plan to develop tools for new areas of interest (m health, consumer health, data analytics)

TD5G1 - Complete a review of each of the areas of mhealth, consumer health, genomics, research and 'big data' analytics from a vocabulary perspective with a view to determining how IHTSDO can or should enter these areas and provide value to Member countries. Develop a business plan and deployment plan based on the findings of the review. Execute in areas where it makes sense to develop new Lines of Business or forge partnerships with strategic players in these new areas.  Review and determine if a new business model is necessary to enter these markets. Develop specific products and services to target these markets
