  • All Affiliates from non-Member countries will be granted access to the Request Submission Portal to enable them to directly submit requests.
  • All requests submitted will be open and visible to all Member organizations and other end users.
  • All updates and outcomes of requests will be visible to all Member organizations and other end users.
  • The replacement system scope will include the ability to log change requests to the concept model, documentation, derivatives and standards in addition to changes to the terminology.
  • The preferred solution should support any potential use by a Member or Partner organization to log and manage requests for change within their own jurisdiction. Where the same solution is used, requests may be assigned initially to a Member or Partner organization for initial processing. Once Member / Partner processing is complete, the request may be assigned to the IHTSDO without a change in the unique identifier of the request. This will enable tracking of the request through its full lifecycle.
  • No changes will be implemented without being subject to the published and approved Content Change Management Process. The solution must integrate the Content Change Management Process.
  • The solution will allow for Member and Partner organizations to append, comment or provide suggested amendments to any submission. Appended details will be logged against an existing record, identified by the source of the addition.
  • The solution must be delivered in a completely usable state, including Sprint demonstrations. The vendor must adhere to its development using best practices with regards to software QA standards. The delivered system must encompass rigorous performance testing with stated and proven performance thresholds.
