CONCLUSION: All Changes match as expected EXCEPT FOR:

- NOTE: Sent this message to Kim in https://jira.ihtsdotools.org/browse/MSSP-2759 as well, so they would thoroughly test their package:
- This April 2024 release is your first formal Published Release, and so even though your Previous Published Package is technically March 2024 (as this was your last Versioned content), publicly your previous package was October 2023. This makes this first monthly cycle slightly different to all of your future releases (which will only be relative to one month before), as it technically spans several months' of Versions. So you need to check your Full + Snapshot files very carefully, to ensure that they correctly represent all of the changes (with multiple effectiveTimes) since your previous October 2023 published release.

CONCLUSION: All Changes match (and are much larger differences than above March 24 - April 24, as expected as previouslyPublishedPackage was formally October 23, but Versioned several Trials inbetween, therefore this package spans multiple Versions) as expected EXCEPT FOR:
