Monitoring and Surveillance

I have picked up a Content tracker related to Monitoring (regime/therapy) concepts. I can see work has been done by this group related to this topic (thank you Zac). I can find the documents with the definitions and spreadsheets where it looks like there was work done on a proposal to re-term existing concepts. Moving some to "surveillance" and others to "monitoring".

There are several things I am not clear on, or can't find. One is if there was a final proposed definition for "monitoring" and "surveillance" demonstrating the difference between them and applied in sorting the concepts in the spreadsheets.
