How to accept or reject suggested replacement concepts.

Prerequisite steps: Log in to Reference Set Tool 2.0; View the Select Replacements Modal.

Press the Add button (button icon is a rounded square with a “plus” symbol) to the left of a suggested replacement concept.

Multiple concepts may be accepted for one inactive concept. Press the Add button to the left of a second suggested replacement for the same inactive concept, as needed.

The replacement concept text changes to bolded text to indicate membership. The associated inactive concept is struck-through.

OR

Press the Remove button (button icon is a rounded square with a “minus” symbol) to the left of a replacement concept that had previously been accepted.

The replacement concept text changes from bolded text to not bolded text to indicate it has been removed from membership.

NOTE: When a replacement concept is removed, the associated inactive concept is not automatically added to the membership. Press the Add button next to the inactive concept to add it, as needed.
